Golden Amulet Card of Siming Zaojun home protection

This gold metal amulet card is dedicated to Siming Zaojun - the God of the hearth. The front side shows Zao-jun in a traditional robe, surrounded by children and offerings symbolizing wealth. In the lower part his name is indicated: 司命灶君, which means "Ruler of destinies, God of the hearth."
On the reverse side is the text of the prayer "Zao-jun Bao Hao" (灶君宝浩) - "Precious Appeal to the God of the Hearth," which glorifies his merits aimed at protecting the home, ensuring family well-being and attracting good luck. The key phrases are translated as follows:
"In Heaven Speak of Good Deeds" (上天言好事) - The Kitchen God informs the Jade Emperor of the good deeds of the family
"Back to the Palace, Bring Good Luck" (回宮降吉祥) - a request for blessing and prosperity at home
Use of the amulet:
Kitchen: the optimal place to stay, the map protects the hearth and family
Near the stove: the amulet is placed so that it does not contact directly with fat, steam or open fire
Red envelope: can be carried in a wallet or bag as a personal charm

23rd day of the 12th lunar month - God of the hearth goes to Heaven, put sweets in front of the image
New Year's Eve - the amulet is updated to attract good luck for next year
