Golden Amulet Card of Sun Wukong The Monkey King

Gold metal card depicting the character of Chinese mythology Sun Wukong (King of the Monkeys). Such cards are used as souvenirs, charm charms and feng shui elements to protect, attract luck and wealth.
The front side of the card depicts Sun Wukong, the protagonist of the classic novel Journey to the West.
At the top right is the title of 齊天大聖 (Qi Tian Da Sheng) - "The Great Sage, Equal to Heaven."
On the bottom left, in a red rectangle, is the Buddhist title 胜斗佛战 (Dou-zhan-sheng-fo), "Victorious Buddha in Battles," which Sun Wukong received at the end of his journey.
On the reverse side there is a red seal in the Zhuanshu style with the inscription 道經師寶 (Tao jing shi bao) - "Three jewels of Tao": Path (Tao), Canons (Jing) and Mentors (Shi), one of the most important in the Taoist tradition.
