After submitting your request, send the item for inspection to verify condition and original completeness.
Returns must be sent via Nova Poshta only.
Before shipping, check that the product, packaging, and full set are intact.
After we receive your return, inspection usually takes up to 3 days.
You may return a new, unused item within 14 days of purchase.
Unfortunately, not all products can be returned under Ukrainian consumer protection law.
From our range, the following cannot be returned:
- Books and printed materials
- Ayurvedic supplements
- Essential oils, fragrances, incense sticks, powders, and resins
Returns are sent via Nova Poshta.
For returns within 14 days of purchase, return shipping is paid by the customer at carrier rates based on weight and declared value. If you received the wrong item, a defective item, or a product that does not match the site photo, we will compensate the return shipping cost from the branch.
If the item meets all return rules, we will offer an exchange or a refund.
Refunds are made to the customer's bank card within 7 business days.
If the item does not meet return conditions, it will be sent back to you using the details you provided.
Maximum time from receiving your request to completing a return is 14 days, though we aim to process returns faster.
Returns are at the customer's expense.
If the item meets the requirements above, we will issue and email an electronic credit note. For cash-on-delivery or card orders, refunds are made to the card within 7 business days after our manager confirms the return. Posting time depends on your bank.
