Buddhist malas of precious woods and seeds

In Buddhism a mala is a companion of practice: it is counted while repeating mantras and the names of the Buddhas, and in China and Tibet it is worn on the neck or wrapped around the wrist as a reminder of calm and mindfulness. Such malas are made of precious woods and seeds with a beautiful grain, a pleasant weight and a natural scent. As a rule they are finished with a braided knot and tassel or counting beads. Touched by the hands, the wood grows smoother and deeper in colour over time.

Why choose this mala:

natural material with a unique natural pattern;
a smooth polish that makes the beads pleasant to count;
a versatile length: wear it on the neck or wrapped around the wrist;
a stylish ethnic accessory for men and women.

How to use

Move one bead for each mantra or breath — a simple way to calm down and refocus during the day. The mala can be worn on the neck, wrapped around the wrist as a bracelet or kept on your desk. Do not get it wet or use perfume near it; wipe it with a soft dry cloth, and over time the wood will gain a beautiful patina.
