Tree of Happiness and Wealth with Rose Quartz on a Stone Base

The Tree of Happiness and Wealth with rose quartz on a stone base is a handcrafted decorative piece: a miniature tree with a crown of natural stones in a soft pink shade is mounted on a solid piece of natural stone. The gentle pink colour makes the piece tender and romantic. The base is a large raw piece of rose quartz, so the tree stands steadily on any surface.

Rose quartz is the best-known "stone of love". It is valued for its delicate, powdery pink colour and soft glow. In stone symbolism it is associated with love, care, tenderness and harmony in relationships, which is why the rose quartz tree is often chosen for the home and as a gift for loved ones.

Properties of rose quartz

Rose quartz is a soft pink variety of quartz. Its colour comes from microscopic inclusions of other minerals and traces of titanium, iron or manganese. The stone is usually translucent with a gentle milky lustre.

Rose quartz has a hardness of 7 on the Mohs scale, so it holds up well to everyday use in decor.

In ancient legends, rose quartz was linked to the goddess of love and was said to be a gift from Eros to people. In stone symbolism, rose quartz is associated with:

love and tenderness;
care and acceptance;
harmony in the family;
warmth of heart;
gentleness and calm.

The meaning of rose quartz in Feng Shui

In Feng Shui, pink is linked to love and partnership, and quartz itself belongs to the Earth element, which symbolises stability and support. That is why the rose quartz tree is a traditional symbol of strong, warm relationships and a happy family.

What a tree on a stone symbolises

In Feng Shui tradition, the natural stone at the base symbolises support and a solid foundation, while the tree stands for growth and development. Together they form a symbol of prosperity growing on a reliable basis. Such a tree symbolically combines:

luck and well-being;
growth and development;
love and tenderness;
harmony in relationships;
warmth and comfort at home;
prosperity and new opportunities.

Where to place it

In Feng Shui, the rose quartz tree is most often placed in the south-western part of the home or bedroom — the area of love, marriage and partnership. It also suits the living room, where the family gathers.

The tree on a stone is compact and looks great on a desk, bookshelf, windowsill, chest of drawers or in a display case. It can stand on its own or together with other Feng Shui symbols — Chinese coins, ingots or a wealth bowl.

Care

The tree does not need watering. Simply remove dust from time to time with a soft brush or a dry cloth, avoid abrasive cleaners and protect the stones from strong impacts. If needed, the metal branches can be gently straightened. Rose quartz can fade in direct sunlight, so it is best not to leave the tree on a sunny windowsill for long.

A Tree of Happiness on a stone as a gift

The Tree of Happiness and Wealth with rose quartz on a stone base is a symbolic and long-lasting gift for a birthday, housewarming, anniversary, business opening or professional holiday. This tender pink tree is a lovely gift for a loved one, a mother, a friend or newlyweds as a wish for love, harmony and well-being.
