Серия Буддийские Боги № 21 Ямантака - Ваджрабхайрава с Ваджраветали
Yamantaka is a Tibetan tantric form of Buddha Manjushri, symbolizing awareness and overcoming fear. In Tantric Buddhism, Yamantaka is one of the most important and powerful expressions of the Buddha's nirmanakaya and is used as a protector, teacher, and path of liberation. Yamantaka is depicted as a cruel and furious Buddha, having a thousand faces, many arms and feet on which he treads on beings of ignorance and selfish aspirations. It represents the power of overcoming negative emotions, fears and obstacles to the path of liberation and enlightenment. Yamantaka practice uses mantras, rituals and visualizations to help overcome fears and achieve awareness of emptiness. The practice of Yamantaka has special significance in Tibetan Buddhism and is widely used in all schools and traditions of this direction, including the Gelugpa (school of the Dalai Lama). Yamantaka is also well known outside of Tibet and is practiced by many Buddhist practitioners around the world.
