Meditation on Vajrasattva helps clear the mind of negative thoughts, develop wisdom and compassion, and achieve enlightenment. In this practice, the practitioner visualizes himself in the form of Vajrasattva and prays for help in liberating himself from suffering and achieving enlightenment.
